For Natural Language Understanding or Conversation services, converted speech to text and other interactions like pressing a button associated with an assistant is sent to Hootsy servers and in many cases sent to the creator of that specific conversation service to facilitate appropriate responses. Hootsy stores this interaction data along with device information as detailed in the next section to improve user experience. Hootsy does not send personally identifiable information along with the interaction data to the creator of the conversation service. Refer to the Conversations API in our developer documentation for more specific details on what data Hootsy sends to the creator of the conversation service.
