Controlling Voice Calls
If live video is displayed to a user that has started interacting with the bot, they will see a phone icon to request a voice call.
‘Call Requested’ will display for that conversation in your conversation list. Clicking ‘Accept’ will start a call with that user and end any call in progress.
Once call is accepted, both you and the user can mute/unmute and end call at any time.
If you decline the request or end the call, the user will be notified.
